+ DESIGN
Design Concept + Discovery

Our complimentary initial design consultation will explore and identify your requirements and design ideas, understanding what the project must deliver and how you want to use the spaces. This allows us to create your design brief, confirming your key requirements and any constraints.

Following the initial design consultation, a thorough site survey will take place to allow a full set of detailed drawings to be created.

Barrett + Day Projects will then create and present to you bespoke architectural design concepts, best suited to your individual needs and property.

Collaboration is key. By working with you and your design preferences, we will help you choose the right project to suit your budget, your property and your objectives for your new space.
+ PLAN
Planning Applications + Planning your build

Finalising your design with you, we'll then progress to the planning stage. If your project requires planning applications, Barrett + Day Projects will manage this process on your behalf, ensuring everything stays on track and communicating all updates with you.

Barrett + Day will create detailed construction drawings for Building Control and our trusted third-party Structural Engineers will produce full structural drawings and calculations.

Comprehensive + transparent costings; we will develop a fully itemised scope of works including labour, materials, fittings and fees from the outset. We pride ourselves on customer collaboration and want to provide clear costs upfront to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Once designs, costs and the programme are outlined and agreed, one of our Project Managers will discuss and agree a build programme; including key dates and stages of approval.

The only thing we don’t do? We can’t plan when you walk the dog or take the children to school. We will leave that to you...
+ BUILD
Build + Project Management

Barrett + Day Projects will manage the build process, providing forecasted and realistic lead times to ensure the project is running on time and in line with the agreed quote and specification.

Your project will be carried out by qualified, specialist build teams, working under our project managers. All our work is reviewed throughout to certify that quality and safety standards are met, whilst being carried out as efficiently as possible.

It’s good to talk. We like to keep the conversation open during the project and have regular meetings to review progress and keep you up to date with the works.

Only when we’ve delivered your dream space and we’ve met our own meticulous standards will we sign off the project for you to begin enjoying your beautiful new space.
